Key considerations: quarantine in the context of COVID-19

In March 2020, CCOUC Director Professor Emily Chan, as a Co-Chair of the WHO COVID-19 Research Roadmap Social Science working group, worked with the working group’s partners at the Social Science in Humanitarian Action Platform (SSHAP) to publish a Chinese version of a brief "Key Considerations: Quarantine in the Context of COVID-19" as a useful tool for the Chinese researchers, practitioners and policy makers.

This brief sets out practical considerations relating to the design and impact of measures that restrict human movement patterns in the context of COVID-19, including quarantine, isolation and social distancing. This resource is available here.
