CCOUC received generous donation from Chow Tai Fook Charity Foundation to support its public health train-the-trainer project in China’s rural communities

CCOUC has received generous donation from Chow Tai Fook Charity Foundation to support its knowledge transfer works in rural China from 2014 to 2016.

The funding will support CCOUC’s training project, which will: 1) build technical capacity within WZQ and its university teams (students and staff) in public health and related disciplines to deliver public health and disaster resilience interventions in a structured and professional way; 2) empower WZQ participants to improve health outcomes and to enhance disaster resilience to health risk in poor rural communities of China; and 3) improve knowledge, attitude and practices in health related activities for rural communities of China.
