CCOUC Director Prof Emily Ying Yang Chan visited the headquarters of World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland on 25 November 2025 as one of 10 invited speakers from around the world to participate in the Webinar on “Using Technology to Facilitate Risk-Informed Governance” jointly organized by World Health Organization (WHO), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), World Meteorological Organization (WMO), Asian Disaster Preparedness Center, and Tohoku University. Professor Chan delivered a presentation entitled “Risk-Informed Leadership Bridging the Global Strategies for Health.
