CCOUC member won an award for  the upcoming 48th Asia-Pacific Academic Consortium for Public Health Conference

One of our PhD students, Ms Janice Ho, was awarded the Young Investigator Travelers Award (YITA) for the upcoming 48th Asia-Pacific Academic Consortium for Public Health Conference (APACPH 2016), hosted in Tokyo, Japan on 16-19 September 2016. The Young Investigator Travelers Award (YITA) provides funding for transportation, accommodation and conference registration expenses to promising investigators to encourage and promote quality research in public health. Five YITA winners were selected by the executive committee panel of the APACPH 2016 Conference. Applicants must be part of APACPH members’ institutions and whose paper abstracts have been accepted for oral presentation in the conference. Ms Ho will represent CCOUC at the conference and present three papers.
